SHIPPING

Please note that our items are made to order and ship out within 3-5 days of production time unless disclosed otherwise. In some instances an item can take longer than the estimated time frame to be shipped. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please email shoploungewithme@gmail.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

Please note that all pre-orders will be shipped out within a 3-6 week time period due to production and processing time. Shipment delays on pre-orders do not qualify for refunds. 

All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card.

All local pickup will be ready for pickup within 2-5 business days. Please DM us or email us before picking up your item.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME POST PRODUCTION PERIOD 

o Standard Shipping in Canada: 3-5 days 
o Standard Shipping in USA: 5-10 days 

o We do not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the limited quantity of products produced as a small business, we offer store credit / exchange within 15 days of receiving your merchandise in the event that you request a return. To complete an exchange or store credit, please email or DM us through instagram with your order number to get the process started.

Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. If this is an International return, please ensure duties & import taxes are prepaid as any shipments bearing payment upon delivery will be refused. Kindly note that Lounge With Me is not responsible for lost or damaged returns - we recommend purchasing tracked shipping and shipping insurance on your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after being received at our warehouse.

Orders

All cancellation requests are reviewed individually. Email our team at shoploungewithme@gmail.com as soon as possible with ‘cancel order’ in the subject line. If the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we may be able to process your request, however if your order has been dispatched or you have not notified our team with enough time or information, then we will be unable to process your request. Lounge With Me will not be responsible for unwanted or incorrect orders. Cancellations and/or refund requests are not guaranteed.
